Sam Peters - Prior to his real estate career he was a general contractor for over 25 years and has built more than 250 homes and also served as a destructive testing expert witness for a leading structural engineering company in Santa Clara county.

He has complete comprehension of property inspection reports as well as termite reports. This experience and knowledge allows him to communicate the reports in "layman" terms so that you are provided the tools to make an educated decision when purchasing a home; especially when an as-is sale is required.
Tammie Peters - Prior to Tammie's real estate career she was a paralegal specializing in real estate law, probate and estate planning. Her knowledge of contracts and her ability to interpret them is another advantage to folks who choose to work with Sam and Tammie. When making a purchase, it is important that you understand the Purchase Contract. Purchasing a home is most likely the largest purchase of a lifetime.
Sam and Tammie began their real estate career at Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos where they earned many awards for being a top producers. Tammie was awarded Rookie of the Year in her first year of Real Estate and were listed in San Jose magazine as part of the Top 5% of Real Estate agents in Santa Clara county.
In 2006, Sam and Tammie were invited to be one of the founding members of the successful Sereno Group Real Estate where they currently work.
